Vodacom CANNOT repair their Tablets

<p>Bought a 10inch vodacom 3G tablet, had it a few months and the screen cracked because the tablet got squashed. The display still works, so it is literally just the screen which needs replacing, however Vodacom are unable to repair the tablet and to add insult to injury the quote for a replacement costs more that what I paid for the tablet originally!!! There is a company in JHB which quotes R500 on their website to replace a screen so why can't vodacom replace the screen??? How can you sell a product which you can't repair, they should inform customers of this when purchasing the product. They also do NOT sell a tablet cover for the product we had to buy a "generic" one. I'm very dissappointed in Vodacom, ESPECIALLY their aftersales service, which is NON EXISTENT.</p>
