VODACOM CANNOT PROVIDE CALL RECORDS FOR RENEWED CONTRACT THAT WAS ACTUALLY MIGRATED

Earlier this year I asked for a migration on contract I have with Vodacom. I asked for this migration on a business letterhead in advance, Received all reference numbers for migrations and cancellations etc. This specific contract was to be migrated June. I realized that it hasn't . Phoned our dealer (which is a very helpful guy) he said that the contract was renewed again over the phone. Gave me a email address where I can request the recording. I sent an email on 3 August for this request. Got an email that said it is the wrong dpt I should mail someone else. Same day - I emailed the new email address. Got a reply with a ref and now i am waiting for someone to respond. 4 Aug I got a email that this ref no has been closed/ I also received another email from Relebogile that it is again the wrong email address. EBURED does not have any call records but Verona from the sales dpt will contact me within 24-48hours. On the 5th I send an email again - asking when I will have feedback. Relebogile replies and suggests that I email Verona directly to speed up the process. So in the meantime, I have been invoiced again and debited again but still paying for something that was renewed without my consent. Today is the 16th and I still haven't received a reply on an emails. And by the way, I was told when I phoned in I have to request this via Email. But no reply on any email. VodaCom Sales Dpt can quickly renew my contract (WHICH HAD A REF NO FOR MIGRATION) with someone on the phone but now, they can't pick up the phone to call me to sort out this account? While they still taking my money.

But they will phone you very fast when you stop your debit order.
