Vodacom Cannot Help Only Harm
After complications with my Vodacom accounts and contracts I have finally gotten them cancelled, more complications has occurred as Vodacom has unknowingly blacklisted me causing me to not buy a property or rent a property and leave in a crazy predicament. Currently have no place to live due to having a listing unknowingly on my name from Vodacom. To add to the frustrations is not being able to speak to anyone to get documents or proof that my Vodacom Contracts are all closed and I am owing nothing to Vodacom. Keep on getting cut off when I am holding on the line. Used the Vodacom WhatsApp service called Tobi so many times today it is unreal.
