Vodacom cannot handle two accounts in one name!

I have had two cellphone contracts with Vodacom, via Nashua Mobile, for longer than 15 or so years. One phone I have. One is with my mom. All those years at Nashua Mobile I never experienced and sort of problems with transacting with Nashua on either account. Since the Nashua contracts were moved to Vodacom, it has become impossible to transact on the one account that my mom is using. I cannot register both contracts for website usage since Vodacom doesn't allow two cell numbers to be registered to the same e-mail address. I just failed, for the first time EVER to do an upgrade, over the phone, on the contract my mom is using as I must phone from that phone to do so. A SMS with some secret pin, must be send to that number for authentication, meaning that since my mom is not next to me, upgrade not possible. How would we do this, if said phone was ******, or dropped in a lake? How ridiculous can you get. I answered all your security questions correctly. You have all my details INCLUDING for the number I called from. Please Vodacom, this is 2015, not 1915!
