Vodacom cannot deliver stable internet

Vodacom was the only tower that used to be on during loasdshedding, so I purchased a vodacom data Sim on contract. For some periods it works very well, but for 95% of the time, it just is the most unpleasant experience. Most of the time I have to revert to my Telkom SIM to just send a file over to complete my tasks. I must have logged dozens and dozens of calls in the last two years. They once did find a problem, fixed it, and the tower worked for a few days flawlessly, but after those few days of bliss, it never really worked again. In the last two years I think we had one week where there was no issue, but for the rest,, no stability, it simply does not work. It stops file transfers, resulting in re-tries that costs me to try things multiple time. I have found a few tricks to complete files I donwload or upload for work using Linux tools, but I have to baby-sit the process. When I Use Telkom it works great. When I use Vodacom the same action produces no result, or snail pace. All Vodacom does is reset the SIM. It is not a router problem tested three with all giving the result. Using the vodacom SIM, it just fails. There is no channel to ask for a deeper investigation. It just is dismal. I have to switch my wifi of now almost permanently and don't bother to swap SIMS anymore. I had to do it now again just to write this review using my phone data. In my contemplation, Vodacom is not worth to continue with. Cancelling the contract as soon as it ends. It provides no value or service, and a contract that only delivers 5% of the time during a 24 period per day, that forces me to pay for data using alternatives is not worth to pursue any further. There is no way to claim back non-delivery. You may ask why I don't simply use Telkom as it works? Well, not everyone can afford to buy two data contracts. I needed to use what I am already paying for per month. But since I am almost already having to buy Data for my phone and my wife I may as well just do it as it is getting close to the cost anyways. The other problem is that Telkom is roaming where many bundles or contracts don't apply. MTN did not want to supply a data sim contract because they only accepted a salary slip, and I am a contractor. RAIN doesn't have a tower here. So I have three networks with limitations. I honestly can attest that we are heading back to the 90's.
