Vodacom cannot be trusted
My wife has been unable to make phone calls since she was telephonically persuaded by an untruthful Vodacom agent to change (upgrade?) her contract. The recorded conversation has been investigated by Vodacom who admit to their agent being at fault and that my wife's original contract would be reinstated, but her bank continues to be debited for a service that she has not received for over 3 months. Do not trust Vodacom to keep their word, and never accept offers by telephone from an agent of theirs.
