Vodacom cannot be trusted

I have been without my phone now for over a month. I have sent a Hello Peter complaint, which was completely ignored, I wrote on Vodacom's Facebook page, only to receive a response that it has been \escalated\", but no further communication. The fact remains, my phone is under warrantee, it overheats and battery life deteriorated and this was confirmed to be a common problem by Vodashop, but they want ME TO PAY over R2000 to repair it, because some water indicator activated. That phone has never been close to water, Vodacom is not trustworthy and their dealings are ********. They make up excuses to avoid taking responsibility and they DO NOT CARE about their clients. "
