Vodacom cancels my upgrade with no reason
I did an online upgrade over a week ago. Last week I chatted to an online consultant which was rather poor. Today I called in, my order has been cancelled. No reason, it seems Vodacom has decided to cancel it. The consultant said I can re-apply for the upgrade but there special that was running with free items no longer applies.
If Vodacom would like to permanently cancel my contract please let me know if I must switch networks which I have been strongly considering before the upgrade.
