Vodacom cancels and debits from the account

At the beginning of Feb vodacom contacted my dad for a data contract. All was well until the consultant sold my dad something that was not produced- the data sim did not link to my dad's number. Long story short the data sim contract query was valid and the sim contract was cancelled. We have the emails to prove that this was cancelled. Today vodacom debits the full account ; inclusive of the data sim. The debit actually bounced as a result. This is shocking service
