Vodacom Cancelled the wrong contract and now i am forced to pay for their error

I phoned to cancel my wi-fi ****le contract as it is now surplus to my needs (its on a month-to-month contract now)and Vodacom decided to rather cancell my cell contract instead . I then spent 2 frustrating hours on 3JULY at Vodacom 4U Gardens trying to get my cell co reactivated - the assitant dialed the call centre and the call centre agent (AKONA)(call ref ********** 3 ) advised me that she would get the accounts dept to rectify....... 72 hours later and still no activation had taken place .but my bank account was debited the monthly fee. I spent another hour on the line to accounts - the person i managed to contact was so disinterested in my call that half way she asked me if i wished to cancel my account(the same account that i was trying to reinstate!!!!!) she then put me on indefinate hold..... still waiting for a whisper of communication from vodacom around this complete and utter dogshow . I was in the process of upgrading my device and had lined up a deal but because of the cancellation i am now on a prepaid and cannot proceed . Compounded to my frustration is learing that the deal wished to take expired whilst trying to sort this miss out ..I cancelled my ****le so that i would not have to pay two accounts when i get adsl this month - but instead have to now purchase airtime and expensive,magically-evapourating -pay as you go data because of not having my data contract i have spent nearly R500 on pay as you go data!!!!!AND have my ****le still being debited-as well as pay my new internet ...not ideal ///IF vodacom values thier loyal customers (been a customer for 10 years+) I would kindly request the reactivation of my cell contract-full reimbursment of my outstanding data/airtime..the cancellation of my ****le ..as per original request... and some compensation for this shocking customer service!!!
