Vodacom cancelled my prepaid number

Vodacom is by far the worst service provider, I had an MTN number of which I port to Vodacom and after years of service I cancelled my contract and my numbers was changed to prepaid but just recently they canceled my service completely and the Mobile number I had is now deleted and possibly given to someone else and Vodacom wont accept their wrong doing and will not assist relocate the number to me ... #PatheticServices
