Vodacom Cancelled

It is with great frustration that i write this complaint. i was phoned yesterday by Vodacom and after what seemed like forever in a back and forth argument agreed to take a upgrade because if i didnt my number was going to be cancelled.<br> <br> Re thinking this whole mess, i want to cancell everything. i have phoned all the number that i was texted but there is no answer. so it this what they do, when you want to cancel they do not exist? but when they need your money they now where to find you?<br> <br> it is not my fault Vodacom is cancelling my type of contract! it is not my fault that i was never offered a hand set and had to get one from my husband's contract with MTN. <br> my reference number is ***4 and my order nr was 0.<br> <br> Lehane Matthysen
