Vodacom cancellations very very bad service

I am very disappointed at treatment from voda Retention and i was so long with vodacom And now im tired of paying so much for basic services that you get so cheap elsewhere. I decided to cancel and the retention division treated me so bad made me beg and swear for almost an hour before they did what i wanted

So now vodacom must beg me to pay any Moneys just like i did to cancel all my lines

Yesterday my son called also to cancel and what vodacom did to him is sickening same old story holding for few hours making him run around to pay as vodacom bank account not working - really sickening please do not call me not interested in your **** service
