Vodacom cancellations issue

Hi all

Vodacom cancellation process ridiculous. I've tried for a month to cancel and get a refund for a contract.

I have spoken to the 2 individuals below and they needed to cancel my account with vodacom and refund me, I need to urgently get a call back my money . I need my refund.
