Vodacom Cancellations dont want to cancel they want to sell you a new contract

Hi, i called in to Vodacom cancellations this morning. I am looking for cancellation quotes on ***, ***, ***. The consultant was friendly but instead of helping me with my query, he tried to sell me a contract for one of my prepaid numbers ***. I am not leaving Vodacom - my main number *** and *** are still with Vodacom. I have been a customer for 20 years. I just want to downscale monthly payments please. Please send me the cancellation quotes and dont try to withhold it from me. Thank you
