Vodacom cancellations dispute

I have been back and forth with Vodacom and absolutely no one can assist me to get to the bottom of my cancellation that I did in May 2025. according to Vodacom I still owe money for my May invoice but on my statement it clearly shows the May invoice on the 1st and my debit order payment made on the 2nd of May - I have been told multiple times that someone will be in contact even via Hello peter and no one has contacted me they keep telling me to contact cancellations but I cannot get through to them because my number is on Pre paid

I would not recommend anyone to get a contract with vodacom ever their services are pathetic and you will waste and lose so much money
