Vodacom Cancellations difficult
impossible to cancel accounts with them. It is only done via phone that you have no recall to. I have followed up with email to confirm my phone call and still getting charged monthly. I have gone into a store to cancel and again told it can only be done by phoning cancellations. I phone and repeat the process only to find the next month I am billed again. Been going on since early 2022

03 Apr 2023, 17:15The account number *** is still on recuring data. Above states it is cancelled effective 31 March 2023. This was supposed to be done on the 31 March 2022 is still not cancelled and what is happening with my refund for these two numbers for 12 Months
