Vodacom Cancellations department *****ulent

My contract expired with Vodacom and I called the cancellations department to cancel the contract the consultant kept on telling me that I should go to the store to look at other options even after I insisted that I was not interested she opened a quote and now Vodacom said that they cannot cancel the contract until the quote is closed they will send an email to the consultant to close the case this happened for the last 4 months that they still debiting my account, after numerous attempts to contact them to cancel they are refusing to do so.
