VODACOM CANCELLATIONS DEPARTMENT - RICARDO CHETTY

I called Vodacom in order to cancel my contract early. First, I spoke to a lady at customer care. I haven't used this phone for about a year now and don't have any details re cell number, account number and so forth. However, I gave her i.d number and the rest of the normal security questions. She wasn't prepared to assist. Eventually she put me to the cancellations department as I managed to get reference numbers off my banking app via my debit order.

To cut my story short and get to the BEST part. Ricardo Chetty answered my call. WOW WOW! Service delivery is not the best at the moment, but Ricardo Chetty..... probably THE best assistance I have received in many many years. Ricardo, if only all customers service departs have people like you, life will not be stressful as it is. I just wanted to say thank you, you made my day.
