VODACOM CANCELLATIONS ARE ***********

I have phoned vodacom 4 times and requested the cancellation of my contract. I migrated my number to Telkom Mobile in October 2016 already and phoned the Vodacom cancellation department. I was on hold for over 30min. I asked for the contract to be cancelled and to know the different options available to me. I have phoned twice between then and now to ask and see if perhaps I can pay the once off cancellation fee but it was always too high to, I instead decided to allow them to debit my account until the end of February 2017 each time!!!!! I even confirmed with the service person the final debit date on the last phone call. February cam they pulled the money which was supposed to have been the ****** last time

I have now received a invoice for March 2017 today the 11 of March 2017. I have contacted them again, I waited for an operator to assist me and she even tried to put me through to them. I waited on the phone for 15min before she told me that the cancellations department was closed for the day and that I must call tomorrow and that it seems the contract was not cancelled

UNACCEPTABLE, this is white collar *******. Please someone help me before Voda***** ruins my credit rating and threatens me with lawyers. This CANCELLLATIONS department is very difficult to get hold of and I feel(actually know) that this is done on purpose. THIS IS ********!!
