Vodacom Cancellations

I am trying to cancel my vodacom contract but cannot get through to anyone. I tried last month for a few days and this month I'm on my 2nd day trying to get through via email, phone and online chat. What do I have to do to get a cancellation done. I have decided if no one will response to atleast my email I will just cancel my debit order. I cannot run after them any longer.
