Vodacom cancellation takes 5 months+
It's been almost 4 months I've been complaining to Vodacom customer "care" about a 3 gig bundle that I needed to be cancelled in February. After I informed the agent I shall not be paying my account (which was not in arrears at the time) until the error was resolved, I was informed that they can not assist me as my account had been locked. I've been waiting over 4 months for someone to get back to me in order to assist with this problem, I am sick of phoning into customer care and getting nowhere with this. I've requested several supervisors to assist with no one coming to my aid. I would not recommend Vodacom to anyone as it seems they clearly do not care about their customers.
