VODACOM Cancellation sucks

Cancellation is the worst.

My contract ended on 30 May 2026. I phoned in on 4 May 2026 to ask them to cancel my contract and put it on prepaid. They cannot assist and cancel immediately since I have to give 30 days cancellation notice, so this means I still have to pay for the end of June AND JULY. This is unacceptable. Now my contract is R461 for 100 minutes and 1.5GB data (which is worth R200) if I had to buy this separately. I am willing to pay for end of June but NOT July as well. I just want my number to be cancelled and on prepaid.
