Vodacom Cancellation ****

Vodacom, Burnard Raaff and associates (********) have continued their assault on my person and caused me severe distress with perpetual threats of legal action. I have requested on several occasions to be provided with the itemized details of the statement of alleged amount owed, as well as other details regarding this account ( contract specifications, cellphone number and date of termination). This has gone unanswered. Instead I keep receiving threatening sms.

Poor service, blatant exploitation and disappointment from Vodacom are nothing new... like remnants of an abusive ex, your reputation remains infamous. Undeniable confirmation that leaving you as a service provider was not only warranted but crucial to my peace of mind. It has been YEARS since I cancelled my contract with you. I urge that this matter be escalated and put to rest. I do not owe vodacom a single cent. I am awaiting payment from you FOR ALL UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDERS and I will not take kindly to being threatened for ********** accounts going forward. I assure you that this matter will be escalated to the consumer complaints commission, and various other social media platforms. There seems to be an emerging pattern of this type of **** and unsavoury business practices on various consumer platforms like hellopeter.
