Vodacom Cancellation NON EXISTANT

i have been trying to cancel a line for a month now - the nr *** / 9 does not work - i never receive the sms or email as confirmation and im still being billed for this line , which was a promotional line I received when upgrading over 2 years back , I was never charged for this line before and always told not to be concerned , its a free line , but the last two months I am billed for this line - I do not even have the simcard anymore - I never activated it as I never app**** for or needed it - now im being billed for something I DO NOT USE . Get your act together CANCELLATIONS - your service delivery sucks!!!.
