Vodacom cancellation impossible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I moved from South Africa to South Korea in February 2019. Despite repeated calls to Vodacom in January 2019 to cancel my Vodacom account, and having paid the cancellation fee, and having requested, after leaving South Africa in February, interventions from family and friends back home to cancel my account, and repeatedly being told that my account was cancelled, I have still been receiving invoices monthly since January 2019. These invoices have simply been showing a deduction of the monthly “fee” from my cancellation fee payment! I have now received notification from FNB that my account has been debited by Vodacom. This is completely *******, and beyond *********. The fact that it has taken so many interventions to cancel my account (with all forms, and fees paid), and the fact that Vodacom has repeatedly invoiced me despite all of this is absolutely unacceptable.

I expect this debit order cancelled, and to be reimbursed for the payment that went off this month!

I will send all of this information to the media if this is not done, since this is outrageous behavior from a South African company.
