vodacom cancellation department and whole incompetence staff...
i had a contract with vodacom and it was expired now i have been trying to cancel it and it seems like no one can assist me everyone keep on saying that request has been send and i will receive sms confirmaing cancellation nothing has been done todate and everytime i must phone and hold for more than 25minets still cant get any help from vodacom,so accoring to my bad experience with vodacom i would like to tell anyone who which to open contract with vodacom not to maybe go to mtn they dont have this lots of lies and stories to cancel expired contract

15 Apr 2021, 09:49after 10times calling vodacom cancellation department to cancel my expired contract which they dont want to cancel dont know why and no one can explain to me why,i have receive call back ahain from vodacom after i have complaint at hellopeter that thez will escalate my query i told the lady whom i spoke to that this is not the first time they saying they will escalate my query its has been going on liek this since 1st march 2021 till today still not resolved,i would like to tell anyone out there that please if you thinking of taking out a cell phone contract pleaase do not opt for vodacom as they are buntch of people that are dishornest and liers i realy dont understand why is the problem cancelling contract that is finished and everyone from vodacom when i speak to them they still want to offer me something small instead of cancelling im not sure if they think i will ever want to work with voacom again in my life i will ruther go to mtn,i had a same query with mtn and it was resolved in a day done and dusted,but with vodacom its a mission just to cancel the contract and still cant be cancelled, this is very very bad experience especially to a well know company like vodacom i didnt expect this from vodacom bad bad service ever in my life.
