Vodacom Cancellation Department

The service that I have received from Vodacom Cancellations is utterly atrocious.

I called their cancellation department to cancel and order on a cancellation that I had done, but none of the consultants can assist me with this.

I called twice yesterday and then again this morning. I even went to one of the branches to assist me, they called as well and still its almost 1pm and it still hasnt been done.
