Absolutely Disgusting Customer Service from Vodacom.

The Cancellation Department will not respect your decision to cancel and you would need to waste Hundreds of rands in airtime to eventually get your Contract canceled.

I requested the Call Log and the Management does not Care they Left me on Hold and then kept transferring me.

I would advise anybody to Stay away from Vodacom.
