VODACOM CANCELLATION COMPLAINT

I have a couple of contracts with Vodacom. One of my contracts has been cancelled.(without my consent) I went to Vodacom shop Vaal Mall a number of times and every time, I go there they give me a number to call. when I call cancellations department, No one is willing to assist. Now on the cancellation letter, it shows TOBI and a reference number after that. I received a number from one of the consultants, the number the lady gave me is(Zakhi ***). I called the gentleman asking for help, I called Him again for follow up but, he is suddenly busy. As, I send this message right now, he just rep**** :"Sorry, I can't talk right now. Far as I know this is an AI generated cancellation. Now my question is can't these things not be 'hacked'. In that case may I not be the one, test dummy?
