Vodacom cancellation #***

Dear Vodacom Kindly clarify which number is to be called to cancel a contract? I have called *** as advised by outlet, but the number does not exist. The website and your customer call number also refers me to this number. I have registered my cancellation at the customer call number, but have not yet received any confirmation / reference number that my request is being processed.
