Vodacom Cancellation A Nightmare!!!

I will not recommend Vodacom to anyone or even look at taking up another contract with them. I've been trying to cancel a contract with them for the last 6 months and it is still not canceled. I've been calling every 3rd day as it gets escalated to no where. There are people at Vodacom you aren't doing their jobs for sure. I will definitely be going the legal route now. Vodacom is absolutely pathetic
