Vodacom cancellation

I have been trying to get a hold of the vodacom cancellations department, tried the cancellation contact number as well as emailed them with no response. I explained the reason for cancelling is because we moving and will no longer be using that phone number. Now I am very worried because it is going to be a very expensive international call to keep trying to call vodacom to cancel, while oversees.

I have been a very loyal customer with vodacom for a number of years and it is very dissappointing that they don't take this seriously.
