Vodacom Cancellation

Hi, just to let you know that you customer service for doing a cancellation is absolutely apolling. I have tried on numerous occasions to cancel my contract only to held up by false promises that I would be given a better deal in order to stay with vodacom. I have lost it so bad with the last agent he actually laughed at me so I let it loose and let him have it.
