vodacom cancelations Contact centre, Poor service
Vodacom cancelations contact centre agents including the team lead is extremely rude, they become abrupt when you call to cancel, refuse to assist and then take days to send the cancellation form, now they charge cancellation fees, this is all to bind customers more to their ridiculous charges, i will never use or recommend vodacom to anyone.
