Vodacom cancelations

I did some reading on hello peter about all thw complaints about vodacon cancelation department and im afraid to say i am experiencing the same i tride to cancel the contract i have it expired in feb and i called cancelation to cancel the contract but still this month its still on contract and i got billed for it they said they dont want to cancel the contract due to the fact i am a customer for long. I dont want the contract any more whats the point off an contract end date if you cant cancel the contract. The email to send in the documents for the client who cannot call them does not even work comes back as recipient not found
