Vodacom cancelation of contranct

I called vodacom cancelations for two months in a row now to cancel 4 contract numbers , every time the consultant states that they cannot find me on their system and they dont have access to a so called M2 system , they ask for my email address and nobody ever emailed or called me back , I also asked for a reference number which they cannot give, it is also not possible to speak to a supervisor
