Vodacom Cancelation department.
The service from the cancelations department is appalling. I keep getting automated emails. The person dealing with the cancelation is Zama Gumede. This person is yet to contact me in person....
I can't believe I had to resort to posting a review on hello Peter in the hopes of getting a response from Vodacom.

29 Mar 2019, 12:10So finally Zama contacted me and assured me that the cancelation will take effect today. I also received an email confirming that it will take place at 12:00am today.
I will just have to wait and see....
It is very sad that I had to resort to hello Peter to get the answers I needed.
