Vodacom Cancelation

It pains me to even part with one star for you, my dear Vodacom. A long time service subscriber of yours but a 48 months contract holder and you guys are making it near impossible to cancel. Multiple call have been made and equally multiple visits to your stores (snotty *******s, too). I have been calling since the end of Nov to process a cancelation but they keep sending auto generated messages claiming to have escalated the case and promising a turnaround time of 24-48 hours. Well, I am here instead, after calling a minimum of 5 times and Sindisiwe Mzobe and today Thabiso Luthuli and a few in-between in cancelations promised to effect the request for me. Ref *** and, if you are a ****, your response is going to say "Dear Customer, Thank you for making us aware of your complaint. Kindly be advised that a consultant will make contact with you in due course to assist with your query. ***Please note*** Beware of phishing ****s. Vodacom will not contact you via Whatsapp to request your personal details"

You are not a local ****a shop, guys. Stop acting like one.

Reviewer Update
A thank you awaits you once my issue is resolved. It pains me to say that in spite of your brilliant network (I recall exactly one downtime in all my years with Vodacom) I will be porting over to those Satans at Telkom. Please fix yourselves and let us practice our contractual right to cancel. You have lost a long-standing customer in me.
