Vodacom cancel
So I have cancelles my contracted 2019. They did not cancel it. Got a sms December saying they are handing me over 1783 rand. The same contract I have cancelled. Today received an sms again. Arears with 137.91. To a contract that is cancelled but now that is Decembers invoice. The month I have cancelled and paid up my contract. Worst service ever.

22 Feb 2021, 20:07Your lawyers have phoned me today. I want to dispute this account. So please go back to 2019 where I have made a payment of over 5000. Where I have asked to cancel this account and it was never cancelled. Never received any accounts what so ever. You guys are making my credit record bad and this is not even my fault. I have cancelled this account in 2019. Did a pre cancellations. Please go back to all those recordings and forward it to me. This must not have happened im the first place. And feel the money paid after 2019 must actually be paid back to me once you guys have heard I want to cancel the account on the recordings of 2019.
