Vodacom Canal Walk (Shop 118) opposite Edgars have ZERO understanding of Customer Service!

On the 28th of January 2017 - booked in my iPhone 5s for repairs Vodacom Canal Walk. It was then said that the phone can not be repaired to I qualify for replacement phone etc. I walked in store to follow up later as no one contacted me as promised. I then met with Venetia who promised to order the phone since it was out of stock and get back to me on the same day. Well she never, I kept on phoning the store...as usual the phone will ring and no one would pick up on my lucky days the phone got picked up. However, still got told that Venetia is not around and she did not place the order - they will pass the message to her. This went on for 5 weeks. I then went in store and wanted to see Venetia - well she delayed to meet with me although she saw and was told I am waiting for her. Eventually I sat with her and it turned out the phone was not ordered once more. In this conversation I was offered an option to deal with the insurance direct. I asked what would happen with the loan phone that I have - I was then asked to pay in R2000.00 as a holding fee if I walk away with the loan phone while waiting for insurance. However, they ended up saying no l must continue to deal with the store direct. Well a Manager Steven joined in and promised personally follow up and keep me informed about progress. This was on the 18th March. Till today I have not heard from him I went in store again on 1st April. Steven was not there - Venetia kept on avoiding me - suddenly she came with another manager who I asked to speak to then refered me to Venetia. This manager on duty Sat evening once more promised to phone me on Monday 3 April as the phone was on stock. What got angry this day is when I was asked to provide my contact details again although they have them. Today is Tuesday I have not heard from him or the store. It has been 6 weeks without any help. Customer Service and Shop 118 in Canal Walk is lacking.
