Vodacom Canal Walk gave me a fault phone
I lost my phone beginning of December. Fortunately I had insurance with CELLSURE, little did I know that would be not good enough.
After loosing my phone I claimed from the insurance and my claim was approved. I went to Vodacom in Canal walk to get a replacement phone. they gave me an Apple 6 32g Space Grey.
2 days later the phone stopped working. it just restarted it self. unfortunately I was in Eastern Cape when that happened so I couldn't return it to Vodacom within the 7 days and also, Vodacom has this thing where you must return a product to the Vodacom where you took it.
To cut a long story short I eventually returned it on Monday the 18th and fetched it on Tuesday the 19th they told me there was software issue and they tested it and the phone is fixed. on the 20th the device went back to exactly the same problem.
Now I have been a customer of Vodacom for more than 5 years with two phones.
I have officially had it with Vodacom as they have displayed total carelessness where my problem as their customer is concerned. there is no customer centered approach at Vodacom.
As a result I currently do not have a phone. how convenient. thank you Vodacom.
