Vodacom can you go without a cell phone for a week?

If it was possible to give a minus 100 that would still not have been sufficient for the amateur customer service I have received 2 of my cell phones & devices have been locked since the 12th of Feb, tomorrow will be a week. Vodacom can you go without a cell phone for a week? My account is up-to-date and no one knows or can actually find out why my phones were locked in the first place and neither can they between all the people I have spoken to figure out how to undo/fix it
