Vodacom, can you get my app**** contract items asap ?

Vodacom,

We have app**** another contract with Vodacom (an Asus TUF Gaming FX705 Laptop, Mobile Router and 10GB Day and Night Data)

We have app**** in the beginning of the month, and up till this point. The laptop have not arrived and Vodacom Cresta staff told me I just have to wait. We have signed the contract on site, but have not get anything yet. Hence no reference number or whatsoever. We are just worried that nothing will arrive.

How long do I have to wait ? Can't Vodacom get it from Asus directly ?

I am needing the Mobile Router urgently as well as the laptop for work purposes.
