Vodacom can't repair their counterfeit gadgets
I bought Nokia Lumnia phablet from Vodacom on contract. It has been malfunctioning from day one. Every time I take it in for repairs it comes out with a new set of problems. I have this device which I can't fully enjoy because it is either at the repair centre, or lying uselessly on my desk.

I also have a modem from Vodacom which never worked since I bought it. I spent two hours with a technical at Woodlands last Friday, he couldn't get the modem to work. We tried the sim card on another modem and it turned out that even the sim card was faulty. I was told to buy a new sim card and do a sim swap. I have already lost more than 6 months of data usage, not to mention the frustration and time spent on call centres and repair centres. Now I have to pay more for suppliers incompetence?

Vodacom should own up and replace their devices if they can't fix them.
