Vodacom Can't Port Numbers

Over a month ago my gilfriend took out a contract with Vodacom. They said that it would take 10 days to to port the number it has now been a month.

The Problem: when you phone from a Vodacom number it will ring on her new phone. When you phone from any other number it rings on her old Virgin mobile phone. Both of these phones are on the SAME NUMBER ********** 833. So obviously Vodacom HAS NOT CANCELED THE NUMBER FROM VIRGIN MOBILE DURING THE PORT.

Every person from the call centre has not know what to do and meanwhile she has to live like a drug dealer with two phones never knowing which one will ring.

She has NO DATA, NO AIRTIME, NO SMS's if you check but you can phone so don't know how this works. Also the 30 gigs of free data cannot be used so ONCE YOU HAVE SORTED THIS OUT I EXPECT IT TO BE RENEWED.

IF YOU CAN NOT SORT THIS OUT I WILL CANCEL THE CONTRACT DUE TO NO SERVICES FROM VODACOM AND TAKE IT AS HIGH AS I POSSIBLE CAN.

We have phoned Vodacom many times and each time they promise to do something but NOTHING has been done.

Reviewer Update

All we have recieved so far from Vodacom is a message saying everything is resolved, IT IS NOT RESOLVED. Nothing has changed only Vodacom numbers can phone her and other numbers phone the Virgin sim card.

No one has phoned (probably because it isn't ported correctly) maybe you can phone me on my MTN number because atleast they can do a port correctly ********** 994.

Call centers won't let speak to a manager or keep putting you through to another department untill you get back to the start of the call center (great customer service).

Can I please get a number of someone at Vodacom that has some clue what they are doing.
