Vodacom can't execute simple instructions nor does it value its clients

I've been with Vodacom since my nokia 3300 days and have been a loyal customer.

I had a call on the 28th of July 2016 from the uRewards department stating that I can continue with my current package which essentially to me means that I'm paying the same debit order amount. The uRewards department then registered this package as an upgrade which of course means that I'm bound to it for 2 years. I then asked Vodacom's upgrade department to reverse the upgrade but they said the uRewards department can only do that. They (uRewards/Buy Mondo) eventually called me to say that the upgrade is reversed but now the reversal is not reflecting on Vodacom's C3D platform (which is their new supposed to be "integrated" platform) which means I still can't do an upgrade.

Eventually becoming so fed up with the fact the reversal was not reflecting on the C3D platform I later just cancelled the upgrade. I paid the premature cancellation amount with the relevant documentation and yet still no confirmation stating that i am on prepaid.

I have emailed vodacom's retentions/cancellations department numerous times ********** and faxed through my documents on ********** or ********** but Vodacom's retention email address is not working nor is the faxes being received. I put a delivery & read receipt on my email but no delivery nor read receipt is confirmed.

I have now come to the conclusion that Vodacom does not value its clients and cannot follow simple instructions when in actual fact Vodacom would've been gaining had they just reversed my upgrade in the first place as i would've taken out a better phone on contract. Instead, Vodacom will be losing me as a long standing customer to another Network.

I phoned the Vodacom's call centres numerous times and have been battling with my queries for a month now, but Vodacom's service is just pathetic! I never complained about Vodacom before but this issue has driven me to expose Vodacom and the poor service they provide to their customers.

This response seems like an automated response, but no response, i.e. no phone call was given by vodacom to me.

I am still waiting for an agent to contact me!
