Vodacom can not sort out problems
I settled my vodacom accounts in full. Agter more than a year after i am prepaid now suddenly i own them 1500 and something. Threaten me it is going to influance my nrs. But still all working fine. I phoned them to sort it out and sent all the quatations and slips as proof that it is settled. No feenback. Even the attorneys phone me now and i sent them proof as well. Now i get a sms saying i have to call them on a 011 nr regarding my account i cant believe this business is proffesional and the supervisors have to come to the party. I seriously consider changing my network provider now

20 Jul 2021, 08:30Dear Customer,
Thank you for the time and effort taken to voice your dissatisfaction to our office. It is with the cooperation and feedback from valued clients such as yourself that we are able to identify any areas of improvement within our organisation.
Thank you for taking our call.
As per our telephonic discussion, we went through the account and advised that the outstanding balance is for the 01/01/2020 invoices generated. The premature cancellation amount excluded the invoices already generated for the month.
We apologize for the inconvenience and the service experienced.
