Vodacom can not be contacted from overseas.

My sim card no longer works now that I am overseas and there is no way to contact Vodacom. There is no e-mail address, no working phone number (+27 82 135 does not exist when I try), I can not register on the community website, no customer care form to fill in on a website, and there is no working chat function on the website. Is your customer care so bad that the only way that I can reach you is to post a review on a website???

This does not answer the question. Why is there no way to contact customer "care" while roaming apart from lodging a complaint on HelloPeter?
