Vodacom can ask you to pay your account but don't take it of your itc
I paid my Vodacom data account in full and I ask for a pay-up letter and they told me they would take it off ITC in 32 days.I called them and every day I call them and every time they tell me they will take it off my ITC and when I go check it's still on my ITC report.Please Vodacom take it off now.It showing a bad report on my ITC!!

Ok,now that I paid my account in full with Vodacom and you told me that it will be cleared after 7 to 14 days it's still shows that my Vodacom account is still not been paid.I have the proof of payment and it still reflecting bad on my ITC report.

26 Sept 2024, 12:23Nothing but nothing is been done to take the bad report from Vodacom off my ITC report.They told me again and again 7 to 14 days,but in the first place when I paid then,they said they will take it off over 30 days and it's months now.Nodody phoned me afterwards after all this complaints.Now I don't get approved for credit or an account BC my Vodacom account shows that I'm behind and I don't pay my accoun***** paid in full I received an pay-up letter but my ITC report shows a different story.
